We completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the appointment value will be required to reschedule. This deposit will be applied toward your future booking.
The House of Hair is an appointment-only salon, allowing us to dedicate our full attention and care to each client. To ensure availability, all appointments are required to be booked in advance.
